Navigating Margaret

A theatre piece inspired by real stories of people affected by dementia, gathered through Arts Uplift’s Suitcase Stories project with the Worcestershire Museum. The work follows Margaret, a Worcestershire woman living with dementia, tracing her life from pioneering early aviation to her childhood, relationships, and family. Blending memory, movement, and a fairytale-like structure, the performance shifts between reality and imagination. The production brings together four professional actors to share these stories and raise awareness of dementia and its impact on individuals and families.
